Built a component library and design system from scratch for a B2B SaaS platform with 30+ engineers across 3 product teams. Defined tokens, patterns, and documentation that became the single source of truth for all product UI. Collaborated closely with engineering to ensure implementation fidelity and reduce design-to-dev friction.

Led the end-to-end redesign of an iOS/Android app serving 500k+ active users. Conducted 40+ user interviews and synthesized findings into a new information architecture. Designed and iterated on a new onboarding flow in close collaboration with PM and growth engineering, shipping via feature flags with A/B test instrumentation.
